Moody-Woodley Management provides a turnkey package of architectural design, construction, financing and development services. Ownership can be by either the school or the developer.

Upperclassmen many times want to experience more independence than the traditional dorm room and cafeteria meal plan. A CAMPUS VILLAGE, is that independent experience which will help the student make the transition from college to the business world. It is designed, not only to help attract students to the school, but also to keep them...a new marketing tool. Types of Housing
Apartments range from one to five bedrooms for 1 to 5 students with baths, living room and kitchen/dining room.

These apartments can accommodate undergraduate or graduate students, facility or staff, married or single parent families.

Dormitories are also available with single or double occupancy rooms. These can be arranged in the suite concept or the traditional double loaded corridor. The apartment can address future trends and cost by converting to market rate units for the public if the demographics of the school ever change. Club or Theme housing is also available for fraternities, sororities and clubs with social and meeting rooms.
